Last updated: 28 September 2026
Who we are
This policy explains how Officine Venete S.r.l. (“Fratelli”, “we”, “us”), Via delle Fornaci 12, 35011 Campodarsego (PD), Italy, collects and uses your personal data when you visit this website, buy from our online store, contact us or use our warranty and service tools. We are the data controller for that data.
Data we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Contact details – name, email address, phone number and the message you send us.
- Order details – name, delivery and billing address, order history and payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Warranty and service information – appliance model and serial number, purchase date and place, proof of purchase and any photos or videos you upload.
- Technical data – IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and language, collected through cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
Why we use your data
We use your data to fulfil orders and deliveries (contract), to answer your questions and handle warranty and service requests (contract and legitimate interest), to keep the site secure and improve it (legitimate interest), to meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation) and, only where you have agreed, to send you news about Fratelli (consent). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with those who need it to serve you: delivery carriers, payment providers, authorised service agents, and IT suppliers such as our hosting and email providers, all bound by data-processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data.
Transfers outside the EU
Where a supplier is located outside the European Economic Area, we rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice data is kept for the period required by Italian tax law (ten years). Enquiries are kept for up to two years after our last contact, warranty registrations for the life of the warranty plus one year, and marketing data until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, to object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority; in Italy this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
Security
We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and regular updates. No online service is completely risk-free; if we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
Cookies
We use cookies to make the site work and, with your consent, to understand how it is used. Read our Cookie Policy for details and to change your choices.
