Last updated: 28 September 2026
About these terms
These terms govern purchases made through this website from Officine Venete S.r.l. (“Fratelli”), Via delle Fornaci 12, 35011 Campodarsego (PD), Italy. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them. We sell to consumers in Italy and France.
Placing an order
Product pages describe each cooker as accurately as possible. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error is evident, and will refund any payment already taken.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in euro and include VAT at the rate that applies in the delivery country (22% in Italy, 20% in France). Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
Delivery
Our cookers are made to order and usually ship in 2–3 weeks. We will confirm the delivery date with you. Please check the appliance on arrival and tell us within 48 hours of any transport damage.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. We extend this to 30 days for unused appliances in their original packaging. To return an item, contact [email protected]; we will refund you within 14 days of receiving the appliance back in good condition.
Warranty and legal guarantee
Every Fratelli appliance comes with the manufacturer’s warranty described on our Warranty page and with the legal guarantee of conformity that applies to consumers in your country. If something goes wrong, send us a service request. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Our liability
We are liable for our products as required by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded. We are not liable for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos and product designs, belongs to Fratelli or its licensors and may not be reused without our written permission.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Italian law, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, please contact us first; you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Contact and changes
We may update these terms; the version in force when you place your order applies to it. Questions: [email protected], +39 049 000 0000, Monday to Friday, 9.00–18.00 CET.
