Lower floorHeat from the base only. Ideal for crisping pastry and bread bases, finishing tarts and quiches, or gently warming dishes from underneath.
Static roof and floorTraditional top and bottom heat, without the fan. Best for cakes, bread, biscuits and slow roasts on a single shelf where gentle, even baking is required.
Fan grillGrill element with the fan circulating heat without turning the meat. Cooks thicker cuts through while browning the surface, great for chicken pieces, cutlets, sausages.
GrillDirect heat from above. Use for steaks, fish, toasting, melting cheese and browning the tops of gratins and bakes.
PizzaConcentrated heat from below with fan circulation. Crisps the base while the topping cooks ideal for pizza, focaccia, flatbreads and anything needing a firm base.
Fan assistTop and bottom elements with the fan circulating heat. Faster and more even than static baking. Good for roasting meat and single-shelf dishes needing browning.
Fan forcedEven heat circulated throughout the cavity. Cook on several shelves at once without flavours transferring perfect for batch baking, biscuits or trays of roast vegetables.
Quick start pre-heatBrings the oven up to temperature rapidly. Not a cooking mode - select your chosen function once the oven signals it has reached your desired temperature.
ECOReduced-energy setting for smaller quantities. Uses less power and retained heat, with the interior light off, for everyday dishes that don't need full output.
