Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data.
The provision of data is optional or necessary depending on the specific purpose for which the data is processed. Failure to provide the marked data
with the symbol (*), will make it impossible to obtain what is requested or to use the services of the data controller.
Recipients
In order to comply with existing contracts or related purposes, your data will be processed by companies contractually linked to OFFICINE VENETE. SNC, and in particular may be communicated to third parties belonging to the following categories:
– subjects who provide services for the management of the information system used by OFFICINE VENETE SNC and of the telecommunications networks;
– freelancers, studios or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships;
– platform managers for the services listed above (site hosting, YouTube, etc.);
– competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, upon request;
The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processor, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers.
Data transfer to a third country and/or an international organization
The personal data provided will not be transferred to countries located within the European Union and/or to non-EU countries.

You will be able to assert your rights as expressed in the articles. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller by sending an email to info@fratelli.eu. You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data, rectification, cancellation of the same, limitation of processing.
Furthermore, in the cases provided for, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, e.g. profiling), as well as to revoke the consent given without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to revocation. You can revoke your consent to the newsletter at any time using our automatic unsubscription systems provided for emails.
Without prejudice to any other administrative and jurisdictional appeal, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
In the cases provided for, you have the right to the portability of your data and in this case the Data Controller will provide you with the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and readable format, by automatic device.

The owner reserves the right to modify, update, add or remove parts of this privacy policy at its discretion and at any time. In order to facilitate this verification, the information will contain an indication of the update date.
